Lab Results
Clear, measurable evidence of what is in the water – and how the right filtration setup can change it.
Good treatment starts with good information.
A laboratory test gives us a reliable picture of the water at a specific property. It helps us recommend treatment based on measured conditions, rather than assumptions.
Why we do lab tests
Every property in Phuket has different water conditions. The source, pipework, storage tanks, depth of the well and surrounding environment can all change what is actually in the water. Lab testing gives us a factual starting point, so we can design treatment around measured results instead of guessing.
The importance of lab tests
Water can look clear and still contain bacteria, dissolved minerals, metals, turbidity or other issues that affect safety, taste and long-term system performance. A lab report helps identify these risks, confirm which filtration stages are needed and check whether the installed system is doing its job.
Before and after the BIG F PRO filter.
The most recent comparison uses two laboratory samples from the same Kamala shallow-well source, tested before and after installation.

What these results mean.
In this Kamala shallow-well case, the after-installation sample showed lower readings for chloride, turbidity, iron and manganese. Total coliform bacteria and E. coli were also reported as not detected after the BIG F PRO filter was installed. These results show a clear improvement for this specific water source and test period. Fluoride, however, remained above the laboratory report standard, so that result should be reviewed separately when deciding whether any additional treatment stage is required.
